day 119: Mermaid Rob

I found this picture while looking at old albums. This is from a couple years ago at a local gaming convention. This gentleman asked if I could make a balloon version of him, and his wife chimed in that it should be a  mermaid.


He had a good sense of humor about it all. This was actually a design turning point for me, up till that point the body of my mermaid had been much more simple.


This is a common way (for me at least) to improve on a design. Someone asks me for something new, and I have to figure out how to build it.
