Day 49: Colder than a Polar Bears bottom

Here is a fun Polar Bear design I do around this time of year. It's a simple modification of a standard teddy bear shape with a few added details and a scarf. This guy can be made quite easily with any sized balloons, of course you would have to use more than one for the larger sizes, and is a great option for the kids.
